Wills and other testamentary planning documents
You work hard at organising your life and finances. The next step is to ensure you have a Power of Attorney and a Guardianship Appointment in place to ensure the people you want to make decisions for you, when you are not able to, are empowered to do so.
Everyone’s life is different, but the reality is we all need a Will, be it a simple or a more complex one. A Will means that you ensure the people who you care the most about will be taken care of in the manner you want and will have guidance as to how that is happen.
Based in the CBD, Lynne has over 30 years’ experience in all types of property, all types such as houses, apartments, Company Title Units, commercial property as well as agricultural holdings.
Should you wish to purchase or sell a business, Lynne can also assist in those transactions.
In addition, Lynne deals in estate planning, including the preparing of Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship Appointments. Her practice also extends to acting in connection with Applications for Probate of Wills and Letters of Administration for intestate estates.
